WHAT: Wind River Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: WIND), the global leader in Device Software Optimization (DSO), is co-sponsoring NETCONF 2005, an exclusive invitation only Linux kernel-level networking design meeting, in conjunction with Ericsson. The annual conference, which gathers Linux community influencers from around the globe, is coined as the ‘inner circle’ of maintainers and developers responsible for the code that comprises the networking subsystem of the Linux kernel. NETCONF 2005 provides a unique opportunity for a face to face working meeting to explore bold new ideas and move development forward.
