WHAT:
Wind River Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: WIND), the global leader in Device Software Optimization (DSO), today announced that John Bruggeman, Wind River’s chief marketing officer, will be delivering a keynote address at Telematics Detroit entitled "Will Convergence Kill Your Company?" The keynote will discuss the impact convergence will have on a company's business model and how implementing a DSO strategy will help automotive telematics manufacturers stay ahead of the curve while keeping on schedule and under budget.

In addition, John Fanelli, Wind River's vice president, product management and planning, will be hosting a panel discussion on optimizing software development through partnerships, standardization, and openness.
