ALAMEDA, Calif. – May 8, 2014 – Wind River®, a world leader in delivering software for intelligent connected systems, today announced that it is a recipient of the 2014 Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award in the area of worldwide customer satisfaction. The company earned the award based on overall satisfaction with Wind River customer support as determined by its global customer base.

The Confirmit ACE Awards program acknowledges outstanding achievement in customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and/or partner satisfaction. To qualify for the award, an elite group of Confirmit clients must achieve a combination of customer satisfaction mean scores and top-box rating percentages that are maintained for at least a six-month period between October 1, 2012 and December 31, 2013. Receiving a Confirmit ACE Award demonstrates the recipient’s rigorous application of customer feedback processes and its performance as measured by those processes.
