Product Description
IMPCC1, Radstone's new 3U Compact PCI PMC Carrier Card, is an integral member of Radstone's PowerPact product family, providing a gateway to Radstone's extensive range of high performance PMCs.
Up to seven IMPCC1s can be used with a single PowerPact Single Board Computer, each card accommodating a single PMC. IMPCC1 employs a PCI-to-PCI bridge chip between the CompactPCI backplane and the attached PMC card, providing electrical buffering of the PCI signals plus memory buffering of PCI data and addresses for posted memory write operations. The primary bus for IMPCC1 is connected to the CompactPCI backplane with the secondary bus connected to the PMC site. Both primary and secondary PCI busses are 33 MHz/ 32 bit capable.
