Product Description
EmbVUE's A-Stack Network Stack is the first COTS stack to support a subset implementation of the ARINC 664 industry standard for Aircraft Data Networks. A-Stack is developed to RTCA/DO-178B Level A and consists of a defined TCP/IP and UDP/IP subset to be used for Profiled and Deterministic networks.
A-Stack can be implemented in diverse modes of operation including:
APEX - As a Profiled network stack running as part of the core OS. This allows for multiple partitions in a partitioning OS such as AE-653 to communicate over TCP/IP and UDP/IP.
Secure - As a Network Stack running in a user partition. This allows for multiple A-Stacks to be running simultaneously in multiple partitions. Information that is required to be secure can be functionally isolated from information that is not secure. This enables sensitive applications that use communications from being visible or shared with non-sensitive application.s
