Portable MGCP and Megaco/H.248 Protocol Stacks

DC-MGCP and DC-Megaco from Data Connection provide a complete source code toolkit for MGCP and Megaco devices, offering a flexible media gateway (MG) and gateway controller (MGC) solution for a wide-range of telecommunications devices.



DC-MGCP implements the full RFC 2705 and PacketCable standards. DC-Megaco implements the full RFC 3015 / H.248 standards, including UDP and TCP transports and both text and binary encoding.



DC-MGCP and DC-Megaco share a protocol-neutral architecture, which aids migration, and a uniquely flexible mechanism for adding custom parameters and packages. This means that most existing packages are supported out of the box, and it only takes a couple of hours to add others.
