Barry Mainz

With more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, Barry Mainz is working to further extend the leadership position of Wind River by expanding customer and partner initiatives, continuing to drive the market shift from in-house development to commercial software adoption, and delivering innovative, leading-edge products. He is responsible for the management of 1,900 employees in 15 countries. Before being named president in 2013, he served as chief operating officer at Wind River and was responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the worldwide sales, alliances, customer support, field technical engineering, IT, product management, sales operations, and vertical marketing organizations. Prior to that, he served as vice president of worldwide customer operations. In that role, he rapidly grew the company's corporate sales function and led investments that now contribute to an award-winning, customer-centric organization that became the first company in the industry to be certified to the Service Capability and Performance (SCP) standards.

Prior to joining Wind River, he served as worldwide vice president of corporate sales at Mercury Interactive Corporation, now part of Hewlett-Packard. He also held various leadership positions at Sun Microsystems, Seagate Technology, and Weitek Corporation. He was named a 2010 Customer Champion by 1to1 Media, a division of the Peppers & Rogers Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in communications from San Francisco State University and is currently a member of the dean's circle for its College of Business.

Jane E. Bone
Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer

Jane Bone is the chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance and administration for Wind River. Prior to her appointment as CFO, she served as the chief accounting officer from February 2007 and previously as the company's corporate controller from 2000, in addition to vice president of finance from 2005. She joined Wind River as part of its acquisition in February 2000 of Integrated Systems Inc., where she spent three years serving as the European and international controller. She has also held positions at Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Coopers & Lybrand LLP in the United States and the United Kingdom. She earned a Bachelor of Science (economics) honors degree in accounting from University of Hull, United Kingdom.

Jim Douglas
Senior Vice President, Marketing

Jim Douglas is responsible for global marketing strategy, communications, and programs at Wind River. He joined the company in March 2010. With more than 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry, he was most recently chief executive officer of CodeGear, the leading independent Windows and Java software development tools company, which was acquired by Embarcadero Technologies. He has also served as president and chief executive officer of ReShape Inc., an electronic design automation startup, and as vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for Tality, Inc., a design services company launched as a spin-off of Cadence Design Systems, Inc. His experience also includes nearly a decade at Cadence in various senior management roles, including vice president of product marketing, with global responsibility for Cadence's $950M software business. He earned a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Michael Krutz
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Automotive Solutions

Michael Krutz is responsible for the Automotive Solutions business at Wind River. The Automotive Solutions business delivers tailored services, customized development, and platform products and tools to a vast array of automotive customers worldwide. With more than 25 years of engineering, services, and general management experience, he most recently served as senior vice president for Solutions and Services at Wind River. Prior to joining Wind River in 2009, he was the vice president for the Core Networks Division in Motorola's networks business. He has also held multiple engineering and services leadership positions in embedded software, aerospace and defense, satellite communications, and telecommunications/networking. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in business and electrical engineering/computer science from Marquette University.

Duncan MacMurdy
Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources

Duncan MacMurdy is responsible for driving transformative human resources programs at Wind River. He has over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including both start-ups and industry giants, with expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, strategy development, and employee relations. Since joining Wind River in 2004, he has designed and facilitated leadership development programs and skill training workshops worldwide, as well as strategic thinking and business planning meetings for executives and senior leadership teams. He also led the human resources component for two major company reorganizations. Prior to Wind River, he was director of talent acquisition and human resources business partner at Mercury Interactive. Earlier in his career he held positions at Veritas, Cygent, and Genentech, among others. He holds a B.A. and an M.A. from St. Mary's College of California, and has attended the High Performance Leadership program at IMD Business School as well as the bootcamp at Stanford University.

Craig Lewis
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Field Operations

Craig Lewis is responsible for the leadership of the sales, field engineering, and customer support teams at Wind River, a global team of over 400 focused on enabling customers to quickly deliver safe, secure, reliable, and connected intelligent devices. Over the past 25+ years, he has helped build successful companies across multiple technology-centric industries through a sharp focus on helping customers address their strategic business issues and related challenges.

Before joining Wind River, he held similar senior and executive leadership positions with companies ranging from startup firms to >$B companies, including Cadence, Business Objects (SAP), think3, Fanfare (Spirent), and most recently IP Infusion. During his tenure, his organizations have tripled sales for a large, publicly traded software company's strategic accounts to become a >$500M business; propelled sales for a private mid-sized semiconductor company, driving an IPO; and helped pioneer a new software market, ratcheting up revenue 500% in two years.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer and systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Gareth Noyes
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development

Gareth Noyes
Gareth Noyes is responsible for Wind River corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities as well as for leading the chief technology office. In this capacity, he has led all acquisitions for Wind River since 2005, including the acquisition of Wind River by Intel® in 2009. Since then, he has also worked closely with M&A colleagues at Intel and Intel Capital on joint deals and investments. He joined the company in January 1999 and has held roles in various areas, including engineering, product management, business development, and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Wind River, he was a research scientist working at various European laboratories and universities, where he developed expertise in complex embedded control and data acquisition systems. He holds a Ph.D. in high-energy particle physics from the University of Birmingham (UK) and a B.Sc. in physics from Royal Holloway at the University of London.

Dilip Patel
Senior Vice President of Research and Development, Products Group

Dilip Patel
Dilip Patel is responsible for driving innovation and delivery of key products for Wind River customers. His primary focus is to expand the Wind River footprint in the embedded space by developing innovative products for customers in new and rapidly changing markets. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president of worldwide customer operations at Wind River, where he managed customer-facing engineering groups across the globe. He has held various global senior management roles, including managing Wind River Education Services, technical publications, field engineering, engineering specialists, and customer support organizations. Prior to joining Wind River, he served as a software development manager with Texas Instruments in EMEA and Singapore. He has an MBA from the Open University Business School, UK, and a computer science and electronics degree from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Amit Ronen
Vice President and General Manager, Device Management Product Division

Amit Ronen is vice president and general manager of the Wind River device management product division. Before joining Wind River, he was the founder and CEO of Presales Solutions, a company that offered a unique on-demand hosted solution in the customer relationship management (CRM) space, aiming to help manage presales engineers, define best practices during the sales cycle, and increase individual productivity.

Before Presales Solutions, Ronen spent more than 10 years with Mercury Interactive, where he gained extensive executive and global field management experience. There he managed and built the presales organization in the Americas, expanding it from 40 people to more than 150 people and supporting revenue generation of more than half a billion dollars. In addition, he served as vice president of professional services for the Americas and vice president of Mercury's Tuning business, a startup within the company. He was also a founding member of Mercury Interactive Japan KK and was responsible for all technical field operations in the Japan and Korea region.

Ronen holds a BA in computer science and economics from Tel Aviv University in Israel and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) of Stanford University in California.

Keith Shea
Vice President, Alliances and Business Development

Keith Shea is responsible for the ongoing development and execution of Wind River alliance programs and partner revenue-generating business initiatives, as well as the management of the extensive Wind River network of hardware and software partnerships. Prior to his current role, he spent more than a decade at Intel Corporation helping the Wind River parent company grow its revenue through strategic software and hardware ventures. Most recently, he was director of the Wind River Subsidiary Office, responsible for driving the business and operational strategy between Intel and Wind River. Before this assignment, he worked in Intel Capital, focusing on early-stage venture investing in the software and services market. During his tenure with Intel he held assignments in corporate development, product management, marketing, and sales, living and working in both the United States and Europe. Prior to Intel, he worked in the telecommunications software industry with positions in marketing, sales, and product management. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Boston College and an MBA from the Wharton School.
