Wind River Opens New R&D Facility in Israel

Ra'anana - 1 April, 2008 - Wind River Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:WIND), the global leader in Device Software Optimization (DSO), announced today that it will open a Design Center in its Ra'anana facility to drive development of its Device Management technology.

Wind River Device Management is a portfolio of interconnected technologies making it possible to aggregate and analyze real-time device data during development, test and post-deployment, allowing developers, testers and support engineers to quickly and accurately diagnose and repair faults in running systems. The portfolio also facilitates collaboration between distributed work groups and optimizes information flow between the in-house development teams, testing teams and field engineers.
