Jeff Loehr
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Jeff Loehr focuses on driving leading-edge human resources programs at Wind River worldwide. He works with the management team to ensure Wind River recruits, develops, and retains the best and brightest in the industry. He has more than 20 years of human resources experience, primarily focused on building worldwide organizations in the software industry. Most recently, he was responsible for global human resources, employee services, real estate, and facilities at Mercury Interactive. Prior to that, he headed up the international human resources group at BEA Systems as the company rapidly increased its presence in Europe and Asia. Earlier in his career, he held a number of positions at Informix Software, where he was responsible for corporate human resources and human resources systems worldwide. He began his career in the technology industry at Price Waterhouse in the technology consulting division. He holds a master's degree in counseling with an emphasis in business from the University of Missouri.
