Boost your debugging confidence with the latest
enhancements to Wind River on-chip debugging
Reduce time-to-market with Wind River's line of JTAG-based products that simplify, streamline, and speed the debugging process across a wide range of single core, multicore, and multichip configurations. Wind River's leading on-chip debugging tools improve your team's productivity and effectiveness through the time-consuming and painful challenges of integrating software with hardware, helping you ensure quality, avoid costly project delays, and release products with confidence.
Wind River on-chip debugging supports a wide range of processors based on ARM, ColdFire, MIPS, and PowerPC architectures. Wind River Workbench On-Chip Debugging version 3.1.1 extends support for devices from leading semiconductor suppliers, offering more choice for developers building mobile devices, industrial controls, medical instruments, multimedia set-top boxes, in-car entertainment systems, kiosks, digital signage, and others.
By extending architecture and processor coverage to include Intel Atom processors in the Atom Z series and N series processor lines, Wind River provides more choices for developing low-power applications through comprehensive debugging tools that embrace the full development life cycle. Wind River further extends the choices of customers developing network infrastructure applications with support for RMI Corporation's XLR and XLS processors. Wind River is introducing support for Freescale's QorIQ family of multicore communications processors with initial support for QorIQ P2020.
The new processor support in Workbench On-Chip Debugging 3.1.1 also includes coverage for new processors such as Broadcom BCM7335, Freescale's I.MX35, MPC560X, and MPC8536, and Texas Instruments OMAP 3530.
